Our menu is simple with quality ingredients and cuts. Although there is no dress code, you will still experience a fine dining setting in our historical building. Our menu offers something for everyone. We offer vegetarian options and something for the kids.

Our History

Quincys Steak & Spirits is a locally owned and operated corporation situated in five scenic locations in the Upper Arkansas River Valley in the heart of Colorful Colorado. The conception of Quincys sprang from a family restaurant tradition that evolved around a simplistic menu with an exceptional value. My family’s tradition in the food business reaches back to my grandfather selling hamburgers for a nickel in the 1920s. My father was in the fast food business and actually initiated our “one item menu” concept in 1979 with the opening of his successful and still current restaurant, Prime Time Taverns located in Huron, South Dakota.

Quincys flagship establishment was first opened in October of 1997 in the heart of Historic Leadville, CO. this location was the inspiration for the naming of the restaurants as it was housed and is still located today in the downtown historical “Quincy” block, which was initially built in 1879.
